In an attempt to determine what, if any, difference there was between the industrial and standard versions of this product are I contacted Dremel directly. I was told that there is no “Industrial” version of the 10.8 Volt Rotary Tool and that they were going to investigate the situation. I have no information on the status of said investigation. If you are interested in this tool I would suggest following this link. n
