AccuSharp Knife Sharpener has been rated 3 starsGood For Cheap Knives

Even though it sharpens very well, it is not a professional edge. I don’t recommend this if you have expensive knives. It puts a strange edge on your blade that can not be honed so all you can do is sharpen again and again which will eventually eat up the blade. Of course it will take years for this to happen. I recommend this for cheap knives.

AccuSharp Knife Sharpener has been rated 5 starsForget the Knife Sharpener on your Toaster

I tried this out at my friend’s because I’d never seen a knife sharpener that actually worked, and I could never figure out those metal pole-like ones you stroke the knife blade along (I forget what they’re called). This one worked GREAT, is easy to use, handy to store, and I finally have sharp knives. I was so impressed that I bought the scissor-sharpening one also, but haven’t tried it yet.

AccuSharp Knife Sharpener has been rated 5 starsGreat, inexpensive sharpener

We purchased this because it was recommended by America’s Test Kitchen. As usual, their recommendation is a good one. This is one of the cheapest and most-often-used gadgets in my kitchen. It keeps everything razor sharp, from expensive Henckels knives to cheap grocery-store paring knives. I haven’t tried it on a serrated knife, but it advertises that it will sharpen these too, which is another reason we purchased it. Recommended.

AccuSharp Knife Sharpener has been rated 5 starsEasy to use – and the price is right

This knife sharpener was highly rated by America’s Test Kitchen on PBS, and for good reason. It is so easy to use; with a little bit of practice, you can get consistent results every time. This is a simple tool, but read the instructions first just to make sure you’re using it correctly! The AccuSharp is small, portable, easy to use and priced right. It works! Highly recommended!

AccuSharp Knife Sharpener has been rated 5 starsIt works

I had my doubts when I unpacked this sharpener. It seems to be very cheaply made. But it does sharpen my kitchen knives.
