Stanley 93-292 FatMax Mobile Project Center 33-Inch Tall Clamping Work Bench and Hand Truck has been rated 4 starsWork table

The Fat Max Mobil Project Center arrived with a plastic part broken in transit, but the Stanley Company sent a replacement on request. Unfortunately, it will be almost impossible to disassemble the work table in order to replace the broken part. So, I used epoxy glue and hope it holds.

Stanley 93-292 FatMax Mobile Project Center 33-Inch Tall Clamping Work Bench and Hand Truck

I purchaused this Portable Workbench to use in my Garage. It is so nice that it folds-up for storage making a very compact and with the wheels makes it easy to store and it does not take up much room. I have a Black & Decker Portable Workbench ( Workmate 425 ) which I have relagrated to a Welding Table ( I don’t want to mess-up the Stanley ) The Stanley is by far the BEST portable Workbench I have seen or used. While I see limited use for the hand truck it is a nice feature.

If you are looking for a portable Workbench thius is it. I would buy it again and I think it is the best thats out there. The construction quality is tops its hard to beleive how well it is made and how well it works

Only Cons: It almost to nice to use

Stanley 93-292 FatMax Mobile Project Center 33-Inch Tall Clamping Work Bench and Hand Truck has been rated 5 starsJust the ticket

I ask for this as a Christmas present. It’s been very useful. When I drive to do some work at a remote location it’s nice to be able to cart my tools out of my Jeep on the hand cart, they set up and work the job on top of the work bench/table top. When I’m done I can pack up my tools and cart them out again.

A nice combo. Hand truck and work bench. When you need one you don’t need the other.

Stanley 93-292 FatMax Mobile Project Center 33-Inch Tall Clamping Work Bench and Hand Truck has been rated 4 starsMore useful than expected

I’ve only had this a couple days and It’s already paid for itself. I would have rated it five stars but taking it out of the box I noticed a couple small plastic spacers located where the A frame comes together were split and one half of one spacer was never found in the box. Structurally, this is not a problem as long as the remaining portion of the spacer stays in place. For one side I was able to put the pieces of the spacer together and use narrow electrical tape to hold it together. For the other side I probably could have wrapped tape around the half spacer and the pivot rod but I decided since I had the stuff to do it with to make a new spacer using epoxy putty.

Aside from that small detail, it’s quite rugged and great in the shop or on the go for all kinds of projects. It takes only a few seconds to go from hand truck to work table and back again. As a hand truck it’s okay but it’s probably not what you want if you need a hand truck every day. For my use, having only an occasional need for a hand truck it’s great. Mine will almost always be in the work table configuration in my shop.

Stanley 93-292 FatMax Mobile Project Center 33-Inch Tall Clamping Work Bench and Hand Truck has been rated 2 starsBarely useful for woodworking

Bought it with high hopes based on good reviews. It was easy to setup. It shakes a lot when I used it for cross cutting 1 X 12 pine. As a result I could not cut in a straight line. I needed to bevel one of the edges at 45 degrees using a chisel and the shaking was even worse. The dogs are pathetic pieces of plastic. Overall not very useful if you plan to use it for woodworking with hand-tools. good luck.. caveat emptor!
