Genuine Hoover made by GoodYear. Original Hoover Belt Part Number 38528-034 or 38528034 (034 V Belt). Hoover vacuum belt (Agitator) fits Self-Propelled Windtunnel Uprights. Spins the agitator (brush roll). The V belt is one of two belts required for self-propelled WindTunnels and does not fit non-self-propelled WindTunnels.
