I was looking for a good drill at a reasonable price to help me getn
through some projects around the apartment. In exploring the various offerings by such big names like DeWalt, Craftsman, and Black & Decker, I came across the Cummins 3/8′ drill offer through Amazon. When I was a child my dad used a Cummins drill so I knew they made a great product. Later I became aware that they were best known for building excellent motors and engines. n

Battery driven (cordless) drills are great but an electric drill provides more power and that is what I needed to get through some of the materials involved in my projects. The Cummins is not a heavy drill to hold, and for the price I was sold. The quick release (keyless) chuck enables changing bits with ease. I am very happy with this purchase

Tracking the shipment was impossible. Tracking number (cut and pasted– no typos) did not work in “Track your shipment”.n

I am revisiting this review some months later. This drill had the shortest life of any took I have ever owned.
