   Got this, then someone asked me what “40/60 rosin core solder” means. Simply put, it means that it’s composed of 40% tin, 60% lead, and has a rosin flux contained in the wire core. Think that I learned this on an episode of Tim Allen’s Home Improvement: The Complete Eighth Season, but am not too sure. n
   n
   All of this really means is that this is a good, general purpose solder designed for most electrical/electronic work, and that the flux residue is non-corrosive.

   What cay I say? It’s solder.

   How do you review a consumable? This stuff worked like solder is supposed to work. All of the electrical connections that I have made with it so far have been perfectly satisfactory.
