Do not sign up for the Amazon Prime membership. 3 months after signing up for the Free-Trial, you will be charged $79.00.

What really makes me angry is that they did not notify me at the time of charge, and since I have my debit number as the primary payment, I did not know I was charged until I accessed my banks’ online database. Nor would I have known until I received a monthly statement or called my banks’ over-the-phone database.

If you are signed up, and it has been 3 months, then you still have a chance to receive a refund. The only way is if you have not used the Amazon Prime membership benefits since being charged. I do not know how this works, but it is in the agreement.

I hope this helps more people be careful about what they read in their e-mails – even from trusted sites like Amazon.

As for the product, it hasn’t fogged up yet, but it slightly scratches – just like any other safety glasses. I would buy it again.
