Here are a couple of first-rate carbide-tooth blades from DeWalt that deliver the kind of cut a decent saw deserves and can inspire a mediocre saw to be a cut above usual.

Sog’s Flash line of folding knives feature their exclusive Sog Assisted Technology, a mechanism that helps propel the blade open once you have initiated the one-handed opening action. Power, power, power is what you get. The all-metal gear case and diaphragm add a little heft to Milwaukee’s drill, but the performance is unbeatable. Further, for such a heavy drill, it sits nicely in hand, thanks to the ergonomic grip and comfortable, longer trigger. Kudos to Milwaukee designers for placing the reversing switch at your trigger fingertip.
